Seattle-based WordRake officially released WordRake Version 1.3, the newest addition to its editing software for clarity and brevity. WordRake 1.3 provides compatibility with the 32-bit version of Office 2013, and all versions of 64-bit Office on Windows 8.

WordRake intelligently “rakes” documents within Microsoft Word and suggests edits to eliminate or rephrase unnecessary words. Additional releases, including two completely new additions to the WordRake product line, are expected later this year and throughout 2014.

WordRake Version 1.3 is available free of charge for existing subscribers.  WordRake subscriptions start at $99 per machine for a 1-year license, with additional discounts available when purchasing longer license durations.  Volume discounts are also available.
